Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at hhclothingstore. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@hhclothingstore.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package and ship the item(s) back to us.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and attach the return shipping label to the package.
- Ship the package back to us using the designated carrier.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect in the item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at support@hhclothingstore.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@hhclothingstore.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
